The Interior Image Group team has a wide range of formal education in interior design, fine arts, and architecture, including undergraduate and graduate degrees from prestigious institutions such as the University of Illinois at Chicago and Virginia Commonwealth University. Our senior staff includes National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) certificate holders, a prestigious designation for interior design/interior architecture professionals attesting to their ability to create interior spaces that are aesthetically pleasing, functional and safe. In addition, our designers have extensive training on today's best CAD, 3D rendering animation, and graphic design software programs.
As a certified member of the Women's Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), Interior Image Group has also completed the rigorous documentation and site-visit process to affirm the business is majority woman-owned, operated and managed.
For in-state projects, Interior Image Group is a certified member of Indiana Women Business Enterprises (WBE) and qualifies as an Illinois Female Business Enterprise (CMS/FBE).

Design Team
Patti Tritschler, President, Interior Image Group
Patti Tritschler brings more than 30 years of experience in management and business ownership to the interior design field. As president of Interior Design Group since 2004, her sole mission has been to bring client visions to reality. To accomplish that, she relies on her strengths of service, leadership, and in-depth knowledge of design processes, project management, and operations.
Patti's dedication and experience have earned the firm a reputation for delivering exceptional design services for business owners and operators in a wide variety of industries. Her background includes the successful completion of interior design projects for numerous high-profile clients, including Hilton, Marriott, Purdue University, Olivet Nazarene University, Franciscan Alliance, and Harrah's.
As leader of a versatile and talented team of designers, graphic designers, and project managers, Patti's responsibilities include business development and client relations. And as the liaison between staff, suppliers, and industry experts, she continually strives to brainstorm, design, and deliver projects that exceed client expectations.
Kangana Bhatnagar, Senior Interior Designer
Kangana offers a wealth of experience both in new construction of full-service hotels as well as renovations in existing properties. In addition to interior-design specific tools such as AutoCAD, Architectural Desktop, and 3Dstudio Max, Google Sketch-up, and Autodesk Viz, she brings expertise in graphic design and branding capabilities through programs such as Adobe Indesign and Adobe Photoshop.
During her career, Kangana has worked with international brands such as Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Choice Hotels, providing a wide range of services, from space planning, rendering, and creating color boards, to FF&E, project budgeting, and accounting. She also designed and created brochures, flyers and logos for sales and marketing.
Kangana earned her master's degree in Fine Arts Interior Design from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.
An organized and motivated team player, Kangana has a laser-like focus on clear communication and customer service as well as outstanding design.
Laura Thompson, Senior Interior Designer
Laura brings strong K-12 education experience to the Interior Image Group design team, with more than 20 school projects to her credit. A National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ) certificate holder, she has also worked with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to design healthcare and other commercial buildings.
Laura's design talents are augmented with exceptional project management skills: assembling bid documents, researching and composing specifications, designing presentation boards, and coordinating designs with contractors and installers, from initial building designs through occupancy. Her technical skills include all recent versions of ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, PlotMaker, PlotClient, AutoDesk, ArtLantis Rendering, Adobe PageMaker and PhotoShop and Deltek Vision.
Prior to joining Interior Image Group, Laura was an interior designer at MKC Associates in New Philadelphia, Ohio. She graduated cum laude from the University of Akron, with a B.A. in Interior Design.
Laura sees each project as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for her clients — and views it as her personal responsibility to create the most outstanding possible design.
Kevin Casserly, CAD Technician and Project Manager
With 20 years' experience in architectural design, Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge to every project and expert-level proficiency in the industry-leading AutoCAD program. His in-depth understanding of design and building processes ensure that Interior Image Group's drawing management, drawing quality assurance, and contractor management are top notch. Kevin's extensive and diverse portfolio of work showcases the development and implementation of technical solutions within the built interior space.
During the course of his career, Kevin has worked with high-level clientele in numerous industries, including Allstate, Scripps Network, Franciscan Alliance, and Olivet Nazarene University. He earned a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts at the University of Illinois at Chicago, and has taken graduate courses in Architecture.
Combining technical expertise and design savvy, Kevin maximizes efficiency and accuracy throughout the process.
